Does anybody remember this alien kids show?

I remember watching a little cartoon on my mom’s phone during my sister’s school check in possibly around 2013-2015. It was, what I believe, to be an educational kids show about an alien, a girl, and possibly another character who I think might be a dog, or some sort of other pet to the alien. The show had a very cartoony 3D animation style. It revolved around the alien and it’s pet annoying the girl. I remember at the start of the show, the girl is welcoming the alien to earth as he is about to land to earth, but is very disappointed as he lands. I don’t really know much about the plots of the episodes, or any other characters in the show. What I do remember is the alien could possibly be named Jesse because I remember the line “Jesse is a troublemaker” in the theme song. At the end of the intro theme, I remember the alien making a winking face and having two fingers pointing to his face. I only remember one other scene where the girl tries to teach the alien and the dog how to cross the street, but they proceeded to walk across one block (or rather a square in the middle of the road) pretend they’re crossing the street. I don’t really know what app I’ve watched this on, but there is a possibility it was YouTube. That’s all I can really remember for know. I’m trying to figure out the name for this show so I can watch it again. It’s cool to find and rewatch something like a video or a series you haven’t watched in a long time.
