As much as I've been plagued by many ads repeatedly, this one showed up only one time around last week and I skipped it, so I only saw around ten seconds of the whole thing.
The game being advertised was nothing special, it was essentially a trend follower of mihoyo games: It's 3d (likely, in cutscenes or promotional stuff at least), in a cell-shaded anime style, and was probably a open world RPG. Now I don't think it was actually a mihoyo game like Honkai: Star Rail since I've been seeing many ads from it, but all these games look the same to me so it's on the table. (Definitely not Genshin Impact tho)
The ad itself had a real life man, he had black/brown hair and wearing an orange shirt, he might be wearing black glasses. He was providing the voiceover, describing the game and whatnot. I can't pin down what he fully said but he acted like this game was like nothing else in terms of mobile games even though it brought nothing new compared to the other million games like it, which really annoyed me. He did indeed state "3d anime game" or "anime styled game".
