So, there was a King of the Hill-themed bumper I remember seeing back in 2002 that I really liked but I can't find it anywhere.
For context, it aired on Fox 39 based out of the Tri-Cities area of Northeastern Tennessee and Southwestern Virginia on September 11th, 2002, as part of a wider commemoration of the first anniversary of 9/11.
The bumper itself was comprised of previously existing footage of the Season 4 episode "Old Glory", and the original footage was a scene of Hank, Bill, Dale, and Boomhauer raising a large American flag in Bill's backyard and ending with the flag flying at full mast while Bill says "It's magnificent".
It's an edited down version of the scene, keeping the patriotic music and the end where Bill says "It's magnificent!", but removing any funny moments like Hank fishing Dale out of the hole in the ground or Dale's hat falling off while they're hauling the flagpole.
I don't know if any other Fox affiliates aired this around the same time or if it was one of Fox 39's local bumpers.
Wow. That's such a strange bumper. Have you tried scouring youtube?
I have and I can't seem to find it.
I'm wondering if looking through commercial complications from Fox around that time would turn something up. I don't think this was nation wide though, just through some Fox affiliates (that's an assumption however).

Yeah, I think it was just something only certain Fox affiliates aired, or even just Fox 39 aired by themselves.
IIRC, I remember hearing something about how Fox affiliates in the 90's and early 2000's had a lot more leeway with stuff like bumpers and content when compared to the other networks. Not sure how true that is nowadays or even how true it was back then, but I remember hearing about it.
Also, Fox 39 aired King of the Hill and The Simpsons every evening for five days a week (Monday through Friday) back in the 2000's, and if you counted the premiere episodes on Sunday, it was six days a week.
It's entirely possible someone at WEMT Fox 39 liked King of the Hill a lot, saw the Old Glory episode and quickly cobbled together a commemorative bumper for the first anniversary of 9/11.
I remember there was a lot of patriotic imagery and commemorative imagery on TV and elsewhere around the time of the first anniversary. I wonder if the other Fox affiliates would do similar bumpers or cards with whatever they had on hand.
