An animated movie where a skunk sneezes on a sandwich.

I'm looking for an animated movie (?) that I watched at school when I was very young. As of writing I am currently 16, so this possibly took place when I was in 3rd grade around 2009-2012, but definitely not before 5th grade, as that was when my music teacher retired, and I recall watching it in her class.

The premise of the movie, if it even was one and not some animated series, is very blurry. I remember that it was in 3D and featured talking animals, but specifically starred a skunk. The one scene that is steampressed into my brain is where the titular skunk is trying to steal a sandwich from a little boy who is picnicking. I remember the boy having ginger hair with blue glasses, but can't recall if he was also a main character of some sort. The skunk climbed up the tree with another animal, possibly a squirrel, holding a rope that he was tied to, as he didn't want to alert the boy; and the part that I remember clearly went like this:

The sandwich had something, presumably pepper, on it that the skunk was allergic to, so it caused him to sneeze directly onto the sandwich. This caused the boy to look backwards, but in the classic cartoony manner, the squirrel quickly pulled the skunk back up before he could notice him, and the boy continued about his day like nothing had happened, and started eating the sandwich himself.

I remember there being a few more characters, such as a blue bird, a frog, and another skunk, who was possibly the main character's girlfriend and wore a flower on her head, but since my memory is very foggy, I could be guessing.

My music teacher was so disgusted over the skunk sneezing on the sandwich that she immediately turned the movie off and put on another one. What that other movie was, I don't remember, and it's probably for the best because I don't want to be juggling two pieces of lost media in the same post!
