Copying to here from my reddit post here.
I've made a couple of posts to this subreddit about this, but this will be the last time. Please help me.
Around sometime between 2016-2018, I was getting an entire song advertised to me on Youtube every so often (which they still do for other songs. I just recently got an ad that was Oneohtrix Point Never's newest song). I actually really liked the song, and I actively seeked it out and listened to it. Sadly, for whatever reason, I stopped listening to it a while back, and now I'm desperately trying to remember it but I keep drawing a blank.
It was I think a trip hop song (or at least it sounded like it), and it was by what I presumed to be an indie or obscure band (it was not something like Portishead or Massive Attack). The bass and percussion and I think synths of the song were very slow and menacing and heavy, while the vocals on the other hand were female and heavily caked in reverb and EQ'd to be muffled, and the lyrics were more or less indecipherable. I can't think of the band name for the life of me, and the album/single name more or less does too (I think it was two words, first word starting with D and the second one being "Us," and no it's not Disclose Us by Crystal Castles).
And then there's the cover art. I've drawn in MS Paint what I think is a close approximation of it here. (I apologize if it looks shit. I'm not an artist and I just quickly threw it together. And yes, their necks were that large in the original art) The one on the left is a man giving off a really weird face that I can't describe (high, maybe?) and the one on the right is a woman whose skin in the original seemed to be faintly glowing, and she was just staring out at the viewer.
That's all I can really give for information. Please help me guys. I've been wanting to find this song for so god damn long.

I've posted it so many times to r/TOMT and even other subreddits, and most of the time nobody even gives them attention, and the few times they did were either guessing obvious bands (Portishead, Massive Attack, etc.) or commenting on how bad my recreation was. This place is my last hope. Please help me
Here is my attempt at a recreation of the art:
