Weird tv prank sketch (or commercial) from Brazillian tv.

Hello I am from Brazil, recently found the forums watching a video on youtube.
I come to you folks today in a effort to find something that to this day, only I seem to remember, is one of those thigns you watch as a kid and then years and years later just pop in your head outta nowhere and you keep wondering "what the heck was that about?", "was it even real?".
What I have been trying to find is something I can't rly pinpoit exactly what it is, if it is a commercial, or a PSA, or a short, but the possibility i most likely narrowed down to is a prank segment on a famous 90's show here in the country. (and even then idk what is suposed to be funny about it lol).
The bit I remember from said media is this: The camera is filming a sorta long street, on the left parked on the street is a white VW van (Called "kombi" here, prolly an 80's model early 90's?) a bit to the side is a group of kids playing something (remember them sat on the street in a circle) for some reason I fail to remember the rear bumper on the van pops off and falls in the sreet, one of the kids (a little girl) then gets up, take the bumper and put it back on the VW van, the car then proceeds to fall appart to the side like a castle of cards.
I don't remember if there is anything before or after this bit, it is what stuck with me mainly because I just didn't knew what the heck I just watched lol, regardless, I remember seeing more then once between 1995 ~ 1997 aproximatedly I was really young at the time 6 ~ 7 years old, but it's vivid in my mind ever since, i've been hunting this thing for quite some years, asked around people my age or older, tried to post on reddit just to be rejected (maybe is just impossible to find something like this idk lol), and in one blog, where it was suggested to me that maybe could be a prank segment on a famous 90's tv show from the Brazillan tv channel SBT, called "Topa Tudo por Dinheiro", so been hunting episodes from the show ever since to no avail, some are on youtube but not all of them.. at least the ones I could watch so far, don't have this.
So, that's it, I guess you folks more then anyone can identify with the nagging will to scratch that corner of your brain by locating someting weird you watched as a kid, so I come to you folks for help, appreciate anything you guys can do to help me find this thing, I posted on the discord some time ago, kinda brought no results so I think if after this I also get nothing from it, it might be a signal that is time to let it go, lol.
