(SOLVED) Unknown cartoon from As Film Ltd. Home Video logo

Some context clues I noticed that might help narrow down the search.

Here's the dialogue as I hear it underneath the singing:

Alien: *spins around and takes a bow*
Brunette girl: Oh, stop that.
Blonde girl: You dance beautifully! I'm so happy to meet you.
Alien: ?
Brunette: You can at least be useful and tell us where Mrs. Holly is.
Alien: ? (I think it says "There here, here there.")
Brunette: What does that mean? Left or right? Where. Does. She. Live?
Alien: There here, here there.
Blonde: It must mean that Mrs. Holly lives everywhere!

So here are a few thoughts:

1. Going off my hunch this is one of those cheapo fairy tale VHS cartoons, and typing "Mrs. Holly fairy tale" into Google, this could be an adaptation of the Frau Holle story, one of the lesser known Brothers Grimm stories. The TLDR of it is that a nice girl accidentally summons a mysterious old woman and does chores for her and is showered with wealth. Then her evil stepmother sees dollar signs and brings out her other daughter, who is super lazy, to summon Frau Holly but the girl refuses to do the chores and Frau Holle puts a curse on her. So the brief scene we see could possibly be the mother and second daughter trying to find "Mrs. Holly" so they can be showered with wealth.

2. The only lyric I can clearly pick up on is "go round and don't be a fool." This is also roughly what the Hebrew subtitles say during the brief clip of the Chinese charicature/alien thing, according to Google Lens translate. I can also clearly pick out words such as "round and roud," "circles," etc. These lyrics might also tie into the Frau Holle story, as the character is heavily associated with spindles, like those wooden wheel things from Sleeping Beauty, and is known to punish girls for using a spindle incorrectly. So "go round and round" could be in reference to a spindle wheel, and "don't be a fool" could be in reference to using it correctly. Clearly a song about something spinning, anyway.

Yes, logos have always been something that has drawn me as well, since the 80's. Especially logos with cgi animation where it was still relatively new.

Holy crap, nice! Never thought it would be from West Germany, but I guess that shows just how little I know of German animation.
