Early/Mid 2002's Old penguin cartoon that I can't remember

This was early 2000's like maybe 2010 or before cuz I was realll young, like 10 or under. 

There was a penguin cartoon that me, my brother and sister (? cuz she would have been really young at the time) used to watch but for the life of me I cant remember the name of the show. It only aired at night at around 7-8/9pm and on one of three channels; discovery kids, boomerang or cartoon network. Im pretty sure it was discover kids tho but I cant remember. 

What I remember from the show:

- The cartoon was 3D not 2D/ hand drawn 
- The was the letter O somewhere in the title
- the title was real sparkly and glittery (im not too 100% about this )
- The setting was mostly in the artic, so no grass or greens anywhere just snow
- there were a group of penguins, not just one and I have this vivid memory of one episode where there were fishing in an igloo or something.
- my sister was born in 2006 but i kinda remember her being there to watch it so idk if that helps with the timeline
