Pieces of media mistaken as being from another country

Title says kind of what it's about. Does anyone know of a few of these I have no idea about? Here are some I know of:
Totally Spies! is commonly thought to be either an anime, or some American or Canadian cartoon, when really it is from France.
My dad once thought Hanna-Barbera was Japanese, even though Scooby Doo is EXTREMELY American & so is The Flintstones(we live in the US, which makes it all the more baffling).
Obscure French-Belgian cartoon Polochon was a show I mistook as being from Israel since the Hebrew dub was all the footage I could find of it at one point; same for El Lapiz Magico from Spain.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is of course called an anime by some unknowledgeable fellows.
Johnny Test is seen as a Canadian cartoon even though most of the production even in seasons 4-6 is American.
Conversely, Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy is seen as an American cartoon when really it was made in Canada.
There are probably people out there who think Jackie Chan Adventures is a Chinese cartoon because Jackie Chan is from China.
The original 1987 Fireman Sam series technically isn't British like what Wikipedia says; it's "Welsh" & while Wales is part of the UK, it has its own government like with Denmark's Greenland or China's Tibet. Same thing with SuperTed.
Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls' creator claims its a Japanese web series, but it was probably made by some otakus from North or South America.
