indie PC game possibly called Run

I'm trying to find a game I used to have on PC, I thought it I remember the window of the game reading "run [high end version]". Its a game where you could play two player local on a side on view 2d with small circular soldier characters. you could shoot and throw grenades, also special weapon pickups. The various maps were destructible also. The version I played wasn't a flash game but rather one I downloaded from some random website similar to gamejolt. Can anybody help me locate this game again, I have lost it for 8 years.
