I remember in early 2010's around late at night I switched through the broadcasts at the time. This must've been in the spring or summer. I accidentally stumbled upon a Greenbaby show. No the baby isn't made of fabric (different show entirely, Canadian show called nanalan), it's a plastic but semi realistic puppet baby. Not a typical puppet kinda like a robot. Anyways in the show there's a white lady explaining how to take care of children. I only watched a small portion of this weird broadcast because it freaked me out. I'm very certain it aired on Baby first Tv, but I can't find any mention of it. Babyfirst is known for hosting really weird/old film that they reuse, but this show funnily enough never came back
I have two explanations for this piece of media:
Actually i don't even believe this was a show, but instead a collection of short educational bumpers in-between each tv segment. But because it was night, it might've been a adult hour similar to Nick at night. Baby TV only playing shows that are only useful for how to take care of children.
(Durning this era mighty bee (nicktoons show) still aired in the Midwest (USA) and my family had charter as their network provider. This might be useful information)
Sorry, The first comment i made was a joke, But are you sure that its not that one? That nasa peepo clip comes from a show called nanalan. Its kinda obsure. Their is a grandma that the green little girl interacts with a lot. If not nanalan, Then maybe rollie pollie ollie. It fits the kinda plastic look.

It's no problem, I love messages that lighten the mood. But sorry I'm like 100% sure it's not nanalan or any other media that isn't live action. I don't know if I was clear in my original message but the woman, including the baby isn't CGI. That's why I'm so fixated on it, a normal looking woman talking in a void directly to the camera while holding a realistic looking green baby. If you're searching for my memory on google, trust me, what I'm looking for isn't surface level otherwise i would've found it already.

Oh okay! i'll keep and eye out for it.

My first thought was the segment from The Goodnight Show from PBS Kids Sprout with the star puppet. It wont let me add a picture but it should show up if you search it. Not sure if it 100% matches though

Do you have any examples of the "weird/old film" that would be aired on Baby First TV? I found a few informational bumpers from the channel but neither feature your green baby: youtu.be/lYZ8Vj2Pqoo youtu.be/I8Uo-SgxXsI

Baby first tv often re airs acquired programming for example "squeak!" "Mio mao" also oddly "my gym at home" which describes what I'm looking for quite accurately but missing the main details. The programming they create themselves is cheap flash or 3d animations that look newer, acquired programming is always obvious because they never upscale the footage, VHS lines everywhere. The green baby show I'm looking looked more new though similar to your informational bumper. Although that might've just because I had a huge box tv.
