Rick and Morty ad were they explode (GORE)

When I was younger (Around 2017-2019) I remember just being in my room watching you tube after school. An ad starts to play, I think it was un-skipable. The ad was for the Rick and Morty show. It shows them making a time travel device in their garage i think. Then morty discovers a bomb. They try to stop the bomb from blowing up but they fail, You can see their organs. It was gross. I remember after they explode you can see morty's eye hanging by a thread from his head. Rick and Morty from the future come and see the exploded versions of themselves. The look around and find another bomb then they die too. Rick and Morty from the future sees them and they just leave. The ad stops there. It scared me as a kid because i was forced to watch it I think it was unskip-able. Stayed in the back of my mind for the longest time. Now that i am older I decided to look it up to see if it was really as scary as I remember it being. I could not find it. That image of morty's eye hanging out of his socket scared me so bad. It was a really graphic image from what I remember. I have never watched rick and morty, It just never interested me that much. saw this ad around 2017-2019 btw.
