Guns n Roses bassist Duff McKagan's sophomore solo album was originally scheduled for release in 1998 under Polygram and promo copies had already been sent out, unfortunately Polygram would end up being taken over by Interscope(a day that many record label employees would call "Black Tuesday")and the new management at the label scrapped the release of the album, fortunately one of the promo copies was uploaded online.
