So I remember around the early 2000s (I believe around 2006-2010 or 2008-2010) I had this DS Game about humans owning animals that do tricks and performances and they would fight against one another, the background of the stages with the animals performing was an alleyway back round and were low-poly 3D graphics while the humans were 2D artwork, I believe one of the animals was a polar bear balancing on a multi-colored ball? Or maybe it was a lion instead? I just remember that there was a polar bear and a lion in the game.
