early 2010s kids show i remember but cant find

I used to watch this show when i was a kid that had a basic premise like a little girls has magical powers to try and help others. This show was oldly satisfying to me. The little girl had pig tails and had blue hair. she had a pet that would help her on her journeys. i don't remember what animal though.  She lived in a vibrant dome like place that used a ton of crazy colors. She collected keys that would open doors that would lead her to the person that she needed to help. Their was a magic rainbow that would come out of the keys, I loved that part it was really calming for me. I also remember that she would have the viewer move with her. She had glowing bracelets that would glow brighter when she moved fast. I probably watched this on Netflix because that was one of the only streaming services my grandma let me watch back then. That is all i remember
