Crybaby Lane, I was looking up Frank Langella's filmography on IMDB in like 2011 and I stumbled upon this film and it sounded interesting and I was surprised to find out it had only ever aired once and never again. Then I stumbled upon the search for it and saw it happen in real time and was very excited when I saw someone post it a few days later.

Oh, I had forgotten him-I was technically into him before Jorge TBH-I too enjoyed his reviews that cover Lost Media-he was among the first to cover the lost Kingdom Hearts pilot I think (among other things). His videos also make me feel majorly nostalgic for the 2000s

I’m pretty sure it was on Toonzone (now known as Anime Superhero). Someone had a link to the old wiki. I don’t know specifically what we were talking about.
Basically: I was scrolling though youtube a few years ago (I think around 2015) and I remember watching somebody's video talking about lost pilots at the time and that's how I gotten into it
It was blameitonjorge's Top 40 Banned or Lost Episodes of Kids Shows video. It was 2021 and I had recently got into Invader Zim and was really interested in like dark cartoons and dark moments in stuff for kids and a person who had a lot of videos like that was Jorge. That video showed up in my recommendations and I didn't know what it meant but "lost" but I was all about seeing dark stuff that got banned. Then I learned ALL about lost media and become very invested and started looking up all kinds of videos about that and researching cases that interested me
I remember back in 2017 when the search for the 1995 Jimmy Neutron test animation was still ongoing. Back when this insanely low res snippet of video was the only thing we had of it:

Technically, it was 2 different pieces: The Land Before Time: Lost Deleted Scenes and The Black Cauldron deleted scenes. In July 2020, I was simply browsing the awful movies wiki, specifically the page “Corrupted in test screening” or something like that, and there, I saw the black cauldron deleted scenes being mentioned. I was intrigued, and then I had remembered that on the land before time Wiki, I read about the cut scenes for that movie a few years prior (likely 2018), so I looked it up, and the rest is history.
Basically, 2 different pieces both played a role. It was late in the evening, and I continued learning more about it as soon as we came back from the gas station. I still wish the former piece I mentioned would be more popular, but it doesn’t seem like that’s ever going to happen sadly. I even made a thread about it a few hours ago, so you can check it out if you want.
The first time i'd heard a story related to lost media was the infamous Rude Removal episode of Dexter's Lab when I was still in middle school. I had seen it mentioned some forum and at the time thought it was some sort o joke until they released the censored cut. Years later, BlameitonJorge released Top 40 Lost or Banned Episodes of Kid Shows and I began becoming fascinated with lost media.
