Spring Break 83(2007) lost sex-comedy with Morgan Fairchild

This film was shot in 2007 and was planned to come out sometime in the late 2000s but problems arose when the checks made out to the cast and crew by the production company started bouncing and ultimately some scenes weren't filmed and later on pickup shots were done to "finish" the film and a teaser trailer was released in 2010 and apparently bootleg copies did leak online at one point, though i've had no luck finding one so far.
