there was an episode very late in JBVO's run where somebody requested the pilot episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force Rabbot. the viewer who requested this saw the pilot and thought it was funny and wanted to see it again johnny had no idea what he was talking about, and adult swim wasn't yet a thing at the time he then went on to confusedly play the episode with weird effects added to it, like a horn-type sound effect when somebody said something like "freaking" or some other euphanism

Apparently the original Aqua Teen pilot was aired on December 30th, 2000 on Cartoon Network, and September 16th, 2001 on Adult Swim.
JBVO ended in May of 2001, so technically an Aqua Teen request could have happened at some point.
But I agree we'd need some kind of evidence or proof that it happened. Though, I'm sure if only a couple people remembered the DBZ request, everyone would have had an issue with believing it, so this could be a similar case. And playing an air-horn over inappropriate words does sound like a JBVO thing to do.
I guess the only way we'll figure this out for sure is if we find more episodes of JBVO.
Edit: mammajammas are you Eddy Skipper McGee from YouTube, or are these two different people remembering this event?

Okay so two people recall this happening....With something like this I usually go by the basis of "If 3 or more completely different people remember it, It likely happened." So while that's good (I guess idk it's not bad though) I'm still questioning its existence at the moment.

I actually got another comment saying that Space Ghost Coast to Coast could have done a similar thing, and that might be what people are remembering.
Eddy Skipper McGee (the other guy who remembered this), did make very apparent that he could be remembering wrong.
So yeah idk...after thinking about it, Space Ghost seems like the answer- but then again with how obscure JBVO can be, and the fact that apparently it aired in some form past its known cancellation date- maybe there's some truth to be had here.
That thread was made literally today and by someone who just joined the site today.
Also I'm not trying to make assumptions or start an argument here, but the way that person types is very very similar to how you type.
What I'm saying is I smell something fishy here.
The guy on YouTube is probably a different guy than you, but at least he says he's probably mistaken and I think you made that Toonzone account to try and perpetuate this rumor.
If anything, I think that thread damaged this claim more so than without it.
Yeah, I'm also feeling this is starting to look more like a hoax, even though there was a five-month period between the original airing of the ATHF pilot and the cancellation of JBVO as mentioned above...
Though we can now finally rest assured that JBVO did indeed air Dragon Ball Z in one episode.
