Unfortunately i've not yet been able to find the two unaired episodes- "Space Invaders" and "Uncanny Nanny". I'm thinking surely they must've aired overseas in the UK due to the show featuring Tim Curry in the main cast.

Love that Tim Curry was Mr French in the remake - and Gary Cole, who was also Mike Brady in the Brady Bunch parody movies in the 90s - SWOON! He was good looking Also, just thought I’d add that Family Affair (the original 1966-71 show) is one of my favorite shows to watch!

Yeah as someone who grew up watching several cartoon characters voiced by Curry I was pumped as hell when I heard about this show, never seen the original(and don't really plan to as i've already got a crapton of other TV shows on my backlog to watch)so I had nothing to compare it to, but Curry really delivers some great range here from sinister glee, to exasperation and has real warmth when it calls for it.
I will say the laugh track sounds a bit out of place in the show as it's much more muted then in most sitcoms and there's plenty of funny scenes where it's not used at all, which makes me wonder if WB mandated that the show had to have a laugh track at least some of the time.
Interesting about Gary Cole, I never watched Brady Bunch myself(and after hearing the guy who played the father ruthlessly disparage it over the years I can't say I have any real desire to see it, though I do plan to check out the 80s spin-offs)so wasn't aware of the connection, he's pretty good as Uncle Bill.
Another odd thing about the show was how that one streetwise girl Sutton that Sissy befriended in the apartment and her friend Theresa just dissapeared from the show and essentially got replaced with Remy and Melody from her school(who IMO aren't as interesting) who just suddenly show up with no real introduction. That was a bit distracting.
I also heard the remake was shot on the same CBS studio lot as the original so that's a neat bit of continuity.
Anyways any assistance in finding those missing episodes would be very much welcomed.
