YouTube video on how to unlock Waluigi in Super Mario 64

I remember finding this video on YouTube on how to unlock Waluigi on Super Mario 64 (not DS) but when I try to find it, I couldn't. I remember the voice sounding like a 11 or 12 year old.
The instructions were to Bomb Omb Battlefield and to not touch the grass until you go to the King Bomb Omb fight, then you fight King Bomb Omb normally but you have to jump kick three times before getting the star. Then you go outside the castle and jump kick into the water from the castle bridge then Mario turns into Walugi and I remember the kid saying "This is not mods, this is Waluigi."
