Ok, so back in the mid/late 2000's I remember seeing this one show at Sunday school that was live action. I'll give a list of the things I remember from it. -The main character was some bald white guy with a beard -He and/or the other characters would constantly mention how "zero wants us to do nothing" -There were multiple choice questions in the middle of the episode -There was a sing-along lyric video during part of the episode -Every season had a different theme (baseball, underwater, medieval, wild west)
If I remembered more, I would give more info, but this is all I got
Was it on VHS or DVD? Have you looked up educational Christian videos?
He cut his trail of tears across the countryside And where he went, women wept and men died One night he woke from a vision of his own death Saddled his pony and rode her deep into the West
The way you mention that each "season" was a different theme, was this perhaps a Vacation Bible School video series? Typically there would be five or six episodes per season, each about 10 minutes long, and then the Sunday School teacher would have teaching materials that tied into the episode's themes. I grew up on a lot of these.

Yeah, maybe some tape or DVD that was made for that and the church just reused because it co-opted as some educational show. Or OP is misremembering some details. Could be Church made but I don’t know how much it would be worthwhile contacting that church. They’re probably too busy with Jesus stuff

I don't think it was a VBS series, since they played it almost every Sunday that I was there, and I think it was definately longer than 10 minutes.
