According to the Wikipedia article for the official Splatoon manga, an animated adaptation was created and released onto CoroCoro's Youtube channel in August of 2017. An article from a website named, "Siliconera" is sourced, and Siliconera's article supplies a link to the video, but the video has since been removed. Is the video still out there somewhere, or is it lost media? Many people have created unofficial adaptations of the Splatoon manga, so it may be hard to find the real McCoy, if it still exists.
EDIT: user MediaMonster has uploaded the video to Internet Archive for us all to enjoy! The original video was region locked to Japan until now. Massive thank you MediaMonster for releasing the video!

The video is still on YouTube, but you need a Japanese IP address to be able to watch it. You can circumvent this by getting a VPN and setting your location to Japan. If that's too much hassle/you don't have one, I can download the video and upload it on IA if you want

I don't have a VPN, nor am I sure if I could afford one. I'm sure people would appreciate it if you uploaded the video to IA at some point! No need to hurry or anything like that. I was just curious about the video, as I wasn't sure what the status of it was. I forgot that region locked videos on Youtube are a thing.

Oh hey, I remember this! Didn't know it could be considered lost, but I 'member! Funny story, when this was coming out, the tease was pretty vague in advertising an "animated adaptation", so many of my friends around this time thought we would be getting a full on anime adaptation of Coroika Splatoon. Much to their disappointment, the adaptation was released onto YouTube and turned out to just be panels from the actual manga with some tweening and voice acting.

It's a Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Videos VHS!
I wasn't sure if it was properly lost, but it was just region locked. I'm still thankful it has been found, and it's all thanks to @mediamonster
But there is still Episode 2, which was released exclusively on a DVD bundled exclusively with a Splatoon book that came out exclusively in Japan. Don't know if that episode has been archived, but i felt it was still worth mentioning.

MediaMonster actually uploaded two videos when he uploaded the first episode. The second episode is just a short preview of the rest of the arc where Team Blue faces off against the rest of the S4. It may be a completely different thing than what you're talking about, but there are two episodes up on Internet Archive if you check out the link MediaMonster posted in this thread.
