Unidentified Nick/Disney show? (2015)

So, I have this very vivid memory of watching this show when I was younger. It's fuzzy but it was either on Disney Channel or Nickelodeon.
The thing that made me remember it was hearing the song Perfect by P!nk.
In the show I remembered was a scene where the older sister in the show (a girl with dirty blonde hair and the most 2000's outfit ever) and she walked into her room to her little sister having trashed the place and dancing on the bed to some generic pop song. The little sister was bright blonde, had a tiara, a tutu, a fur boa, and might have been wearing heart shaped sunglasses. The older sister was saying something like "what are you doing in my room" and the little sister was doing like, a concert for her stuffed animals. she put a new CD in the CD Player she was dancing to and sang the clean version of Pefect by P!nk. She was singing into a fairy wand, before her older sister grabbed the CD player and stormed off to call their mom.
The family in the show was made up of Mom, Dad, Older Sister, Middle Brother, and Little Sister.
I know it was live action, and aired around 2014–2015, but I can't remember the name of the show for the life of me. I can't find any archive of the scene, let alone the full show— I've searched through shows on both Disney and Nick, but I can't find any characters that match my memory.
I only remember seeing this one episode, so I don't really have much more to provide.
Does anyone else remember it? Could it have been a poorly archived pilot for a show that didn't make it?
