On February 28, 2011, DudeThatLogo uploaded a video of a hilarious FBI warning screen he found on what he claimed to be some children's VHS tape: www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCvszgwu10w Despite it gaining somewhat of a notice, especially as it was mentioned by the Oddity Archive in one episode: www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlXUOQOgVOU&t=17m23s it seems that no one knows what VHS tape company/logo this warning screen is associated with. The only clues we have is that: 1. It's from a children's tape, possibly having some public domain cartoons on it 2. DudeThatLogo uploaded other VHS logos & warning screens, the rest of which are from the United States, so this could be from some lesser populated/known state like Colorado, Connecticut, Arkansas, Maine, New Hamsphire, etc.
The best idea I have for finding the possible origins of this warning screen would be to go to various flea markets/thrift stores in the states I mentioned & possibly a few other lesser populated states. Essentially the states that aren't the top 11 as shown here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_and_territories_by_population
Don't know the distribution company, but it could be from Meadowlark Lemon Presents the World. While it was an educational film, the whole thing was also a parody of sorts. It's a good watch!

Did that ever get a vhs release?

I don't think it'd be that. If it were some parody thing, then it was probably from a lesser known individual. Plus Pyramid Films, the ones who released it, had their own FBI warning that was way different: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV761QqjNIQ

I'm sorry for not answering, I don't use the forums very often. Yes, it was on VHS.
EDIT: Judging by one of the responses, it's probably not that video anyway.
