1st one is a Gang Beasts gameplay video that was probably made in 2016. The thumbnail was of the image of the characters walking up to the Power Plant, except it was on fire or something. I remember someone playing as the Pikachu looking character, and someone who was just all purple.
Next one is a 2014 Spirit Halloween video. It was a family vlog thing, and I remember them visiting a salad bar in the video for some reason. The thumbnail was probably the kids trying to activate an animatronic.
Then you got a MUGEN battle kind of video where Kirby fought half of the Mane Six. Kirby's sprite was probably the Amazing Mirror one, and the Mane Six were probably pixelated. The place they fought in was probably Meta Knight's Halberd.
Oh man, just remembered another weird one, though less uncanny and more just absurd. There was a video of a Windows computer that was rigged to a bomb. The first shot was like a pseudo-title card where it was the Windows XP logo wrapped around on a bunch of wires. The actually video was a far-away shot of a dude turning on the computer and it going through its normal BIOS stuff, and then voices in the back(?) start yelling for him to get away. He starts to run and the machine spectacularly explodes. I don't know if this was a prank video, or just a weird skit, but it's another one that sticks out in my mind.
Does anyone remember a Shoenice22 video where Chris was doing ASMR in a bathroom, and he was smoking pot while pretending to be Kermit, Marge, Rocky, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Hank Schrader? I used to watch it a lot, but I think he removed it at some point a few years ago. It was the funniest ASMR he ever made
It's really hazy to me. It was made in the late 2000's, and it used basic editing ( windows movie maker or that sort of thing) and had the mii's that everyone had and found "cool" at the time, like cartoon characters, celebrities, etc. I remember the music was Lux Aeterna By Clint Mansell www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbS-Zhz31CA, or something of that nature. Very mellow and slow. Might've been some generic classical music as well, but I'm almost certain that song was the one that played. I remember asking around a discord and someone saying they knew which video I was talking about, and it was deleted. I'm trying to find it, or at the very least know that it existed. Could anyone help with this? I remember this video incredibly fondly, and would love to see the video or even confirmation of its existence.
This one's pretty small but it was a Jojo meme video from forever back- it was just called "vinegar doppio" and was a looped animation of the titular character dancing while the intro to pianta plaza from Mario sunshine looped over and over and an image of king crimson slowly faded onto the screen
Also misty sparkle's Jellystone! Review- she said she privated it because she didn't agree with how she expressed her points looking back and that's fair but i do still miss it ngl
I remember had watched the first versions of the Alivia D'Andrea's "Glow Up Diaries" 2nd season (forums.lostmediawiki.com/thread/8512/alivia-dandreas-glow-diaries). Due to the criticism and backlash she was receiving for giving misinformation about EDs and polemic views on mental health, she deleted the first two episodes, then re upload them edited or re-made to change her public views on the matter. Alivia uploaded more videos talking about mental health and EDs but got deleted again and disapeared from Youtube like two whole years after coming back with a new video five month ago addressing her mental health and recovery.
Now I'm looking and seems that she got rid of all the second season, maybe because of her wellbeing and mental health, but that leads us to more lost material from her, not only the second season (that some portions has been saved due to reviews from health coaches and nutritionists on Youtube), but also another projects, like we don't know if Alivia got made more episodes before deleting the first two, or even a project that she called "The Date Diaries", announced on her Community page of her channel, where she apparently contacted male subscriptors of her channel to go on dates and record them, but she never gave more information than the project was being made... and after the backlash apparently she deleted too.

I do remember watching an old let's play by Johneawesome before he became a sorta popular channel back in 2008, he played Super Mario 64 as part of a channel called LPMoshpit which the channel was sadly deleted years ago! It's one of my favorite videos when I was 14
I remember this YTP called "YTP - Chowder and Beyond Infinite" (or at least, something to that effect). I don't remember the name of the channel that posted it nor have I been able to download it (because I was around 6-7 years old at the time and I didn't know that it was possible to download YouTube videos). I had to have seen at around 2007-2009 (but definitely 2009 at the latest).
This description might be lengthy, so I apologize in advance: - Despite the YTP name, I don't think there were many Chowder clips in this video.
- I think the very beginning featured a clip from the "Jekyll Hyde" song from Arthur (clips from the "Jekyll Hyde" segment gets used a lot in this YTP) which abruptly cuts to the intro to one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, then cuts to that one scene from The Lion King where Simba and co try to figure out a diversion to distract the hyenas (I think the editing made it look like Simba and Timon were reacting to the TMNT intro?). We finally cut to the "YouTube Poop" logo.
- The next scene features an edited version of the intro to the 1985 Berenstain Bears series (complete with the "The Berenstain Bears First Time Video" logo being edited to play forward, then backwards for a bit, then forwards). It went something like this:
"This way to Bear Country! You'll know when you're there, as soon as you enter-you'll know when you're there, as soon as you enter-a bear! You'll know when you're there, as soon as you enter- a great grizzly bear! A Berenstain bear!
We are the Berenstain Bears! [during this part, the footage plays as normal, then quickly reverse to make it look like the family was retreating] Mama! Papa! Si-Jekyll Hyde! We appreciate Mama! Mama, Papa, Sister, and meeeee ."
The scene then cuts to a looped, heavily filtered clip of Spongebob pounding on Squidward's face from the episode "Ghost Host" while Caramelldansen played in the background.
- There were also couple of clips from an Ultra Kawaii video featuring a guy being interviewed. Some of his dialogue was edited to make it sound like he was "buffering", if you could call it that [one example I remember is him going: "L-l-l-l-lasers!"]. There was a scene from the video depicting a hamster scientist shooting a laser onto a group of mirrors so that the laser would reflect off of the mirrors. This scene was played forward, then in reverse. There were also clips of a hamster daredevil floating and spinning around [possibly from the original Ultra Kawaii video?] while a couple of filters were placed over the clips. This is interspersed with clips from the guy being interviewed while "buffering".
- The "Jekyll Hyde" segment comes back once more in this scene. I think the "Jekyll Jekyll Hyde, Jekyll Hyde Hyde Jekyll" scene was played on loop here. This is interspersed with clips of a NASCAR racer looking guy driving in his car while gradually looking sleepy and tired before cutting to a pitch black background that contains a shiny, rainbow aura .
A couple of videos that I remember seeing on YouTube but can no longer find include:
1. A video of a guy testing out an old Apple IIe computer & several old floppy disks.
Some things that I seem to remember is that the guy had a Apple Duodisk Drive hooked up to the computer &, due to Drive 1 in the Duodisk not working, he had to open up the Duodisk & rewire Drive 2 to be Drive 1 & that he used them to check out some old floppy disks that had some old Applesoft BASIC programs that he wrote back in the 1980's.
He also, in one part of the video, used a graphics program to make a dot appear onscreen.
I also seem to remember the guy mentioning, in the beginning of the video, that he had just pulled the computer out of his closet.
I first saw the video sometime, I believe, between 2013-2015, although the video may have been from as far back as 2009.
I've tried searching for it on YouTube, including using search modifiers, but haven't been able to find it.
I am pretty sure that the channel that I saw it on was a small tech channel & not one of the bigger tech channels.
I think that the video may have been deleted.
2. A funny promo for both Star Trek: TNG & the Andy Griffith Show that aired on WTTO-TV, Ch. 21 in Birmingham, AL back around 1995 that somebody found on a VHS tape & uploaded to YouTube.
I originally posted about this on the Lost Media thread & on r/lostmedia on Reddit.
I remember seeing a really funny promo about 8 years ago, on YouTube, or RetroJunk (I forget which.), that combined clips from both Star Trek: TNG Season 7, Episode 6 "Phantasms", (Specifically clips from a scene from that episode where Captain Jean Luc Picard & Geordi LaForge were using the ships holodeck to find out what was causing Data to attack the other crewmembers, specifically a scene where, in the holodeck, Picard & Geordi hear a ringing sound coming from Data, they then open up a panel, on Data's chest & find a early 20th century phone thats ringing & Picard then answers it.) & the Andy Griffith Show (Using scenes showing Barney Fife talking on the phone to Juanita, in the Mayberry, NC, courthouse, making it look like Jean Luc Picard & Barney Fife were talking to each other.).
The promo originally aired on WTTO-TV, in Birmingham, AL & used to be found on either YouTube, & or RetroJunk (Once again I forget which.), some years ago, however it seems to have been removed as I can't find it anymore.
I would like to find it again as I like both ST: TNG & TAGS & thought that the promo was pretty funny.
I have the feeling that the promo might be lost.
Please help, thank you.
Scene from ST:TNG, Season 7, Episode 6 "Phantasms", that the WTTO-TV promo used clips from.
i remember watching a video a long time ago involving 2 of the Teletubbies context: on the grassy set, one of the Teletubbies was shot by someone and Tinky Winky (the blue one) said “son of a b**** you killed my friend”
There was a Plotagon video called Caillou and the Sony Walkman where he does a generic air guitar animation while saying the lyrics to Eminem songs like Without Me and Rap God while "listening to a Sony Walkman", I thought it was funny but it's been gone for years. (The url was www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzV32idRaLg ) the only proof left it existed is a NotSmirks video that uses footage from it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRqppkPK9Cs
During the 2020 lockdown in Spain, someone filmed DJ Albert Valls blasting music from his balcony to simulate a concert. The original video was online for three and a half years and is now nowhere to be found.
The video in question (Locura en el balcón de tu casa) was available from April 2020 until November 2023 when its YouTube channel (Adrián Perez) mysteriously vanished (SocialBlade data, channel ID). Apparently the uploader voluntarily deleted their channel because otherwise the video error message would indicate that the channel was terminated.
The Wayback Machine only got the watch page, not the video.
The original audio is lost but not the video because someone created a parody that replaced the original audio with Caramelldansen: DJ blasts Caramelldansen on a Balcony.
One could try establishing contact with whoever created the parody ("epic channel"), since they might have the original video file, but I doubt they care enough about preserving lost media that they would hand out the file, so this is probably a futile task.
It appears the majority of people only care about today and tomorrow, not about long-term preservation of media.

There's a couple of them I've been trying to find, but I'll put the most memorable one here. Back in 2017, I saw this one video that was probably called "Yotsuba Live Action." As the title states, it was a live action version of that one chapter in Yotsuba&! where Yotsuba gets a water gun and terrorizes numerous people. The video starts off like normal, where Yotsuba watches the news instead of a TV show where someone shoots a person. Then, the "shooting" begins. She "shoots" numerous people, all played by women, despite the fact that the first two people she "shot" were men in the original. She "shoots" her "dad," Jumbo, "Stacey," Fuuka, and "Kacey" in that order. "Stacey" and "Kacey" weren't the girl's real names. The reason why is because it was an episode of a series where there are two twins named Stacey and Kacey. I vividly remember Stacey's room, which looked like a typical 2000s tween girl's room, with calendars everywhere and a blue dog rug in the entrance. This is all I really remember of it, it was uploaded some time during the late 2000s and deleted sometime after 2019.
