I have two examples. One that is super recent and well documented, and two that are much more obscure.
We'll start with the obscure one first. Both are Grand Theft Auto related.
I cannot remember the channel names as this was 2007 and I was 10 years old. I remember there was a viral video called "GTA LCS vs GTA VCS" (something like that) that was basically just a compilation of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stores being manipulated with the Edison cheat device with crazy explosions, etc. The video itself I don't care much about. It had this really catchy Crazy Frog remix that I have not heard since and have been looking for a very long time.
There was another GTA video called "GTA 3 STUNTS" or something like that, this was Grand Theft Auto III. It was a 7:30 minute video of a dude doing these pretty great stunts with the stock GTA 3 game, but again it's not the video that I care much for but it's the music that was playing. It was this 2000s trance tune that sounded similar to Rank 1's Airwave (the ATB Remix) released in 2000 but it definitely wasn't the same song. Again, I for the love have been looking for that trance track. I'm sure it's out there, I just don't know the name of it. It had a female voice going "ooh ooh ooh ooh" periodically, said female voice would go "Yeaheyeaahh" before saying a hook and the beat would drop. Again, instrumentally it sounded similar to Rank 1 - Airwave (ATB Remix) which is a well known song.
Finally, the most peculiar "lost" YouTube channel was recent; this channel was active from March 2022 to mid-2023, and its existence is very peculiar and goes into politics. In Russia, there is a TV channel called STS (in native Russian Cyrillic: СТС). It's a well known Russian TV channel and airs popular TV programs in Russia. But what's really weird is that during said time-frame, they had an English-language YouTube account. In fact, it's still technically available but with no content. (https://www.youtube.com/@ctc_network)
What's weirder is that this appeared only after Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Not only that, but they had uploaded multiple US English dubs of famous Russian TV shows. The most popular was "Junior League", which is basically a Russian version of Ted Lasso (except it's hockey and predates Ted Lasso by 7 years). These dubs had American actors; most of these were D-list, but I was able to track down a few of them. One of them may have been the famous Greg Chun who is very well known in the anime community. The other less famous but still fairly notable is Philip Hersh, who does celebrity impressions and has done work for Netflix. This whole thing is a weird rabbit hole.
I even found the original director Lucas Paz on LinkedIn, DM me for a links if you want to go down the rabbit hole, but we have timelines and credits of when these dubs were done. Voxx Studios in Los Angeles, California which does a lot of international dub work.
So yeah, very peculiar lost English dubs of Russian TV shows.

i might make a thread on this so im gonna spare most details but it was this anime style hyper-saturated animation about some girls having a party for like multiple days for some reason and being killed off one by one
How I wish that someone who works at Google could just release all those historically relevant deleted videos to the public. (They are likely not allowed to.)
I need to get this off my chest. I haven't told anyone about this until this very thread. There's this one that has haunted me since I was 11.
You remember the "This is what I see with my eyes closed" GMOD meme, right? There was this one I distinctly remember called "This is what I see with my buckyballs closed" and, given this was around the time I was going through my "creepypasta anxiety" phase (it's embarassing, don't ask), it fucked with me and the fact I haven't been able to find it since leaves me like I had seen some forbidden shit, though afaik there wasn't anything actually graphic/horrific. It was really fucking weird and offputting, though.
It didn't follow the "silly thing flying through space" theme the meme usually did. Instead, it was like this visual collage of various things layed out on what looked like a gradient background. The two visuals that I remember were a loop of suicidemouse.avi, and a Roblox avatar with realistic, moving eyes overlayed over the face. Mike Wazowski and the stock man weren't there, I'm just emphasizing it was "random shit".
I swear to Christ this was not a dream, and I'm not making this up. It came up when I was going through the aforementioned GMOD meme videos, I haven't seen it since and I've been weirdly hesitant about talking about it because I feel like I'm about to find the exit to the simulation or awaken some sort of paranormal force long left undisturbed.
Does anyone remember an old Midtown Madness video where a massive yellow dump truck was hauling 2 racer cars while the Gorillaz song "get the shoeshine" or whatever was playing? Is that video lost?
I remember this YTP called "YTP - Chowder and Beyond Infinite" (or at least, something to that effect). I don't remember the name of the channel that posted it nor have I been able to download it (because I was around 6-7 years old at the time and I didn't know that it was possible to download YouTube videos). I had to have seen at around 2007-2009 (but definitely 2009 at the latest).
This description might be lengthy, so I apologize in advance: - Despite the YTP name, I don't think there were many Chowder clips in this video.
- I think the very beginning featured a clip from the "Jekyll Hyde" song from Arthur (clips from the "Jekyll Hyde" segment gets used a lot in this YTP) which abruptly cuts to the intro to one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, then cuts to that one scene from The Lion King where Simba and co try to figure out a diversion to distract the hyenas (I think the editing made it look like Simba and Timon were reacting to the TMNT intro?). We finally cut to the "YouTube Poop" logo.
- The next scene features an edited version of the intro to the 1985 Berenstain Bears series (complete with the "The Berenstain Bears First Time Video" logo being edited to play forward, then backwards for a bit, then forwards). It went something like this:
"This way to Bear Country! You'll know when you're there, as soon as you enter-you'll know when you're there, as soon as you enter-a bear! You'll know when you're there, as soon as you enter- a great grizzly bear! A Berenstain bear!
We are the Berenstain Bears! [during this part, the footage plays as normal, then quickly reverse to make it look like the family was retreating] Mama! Papa! Si-Jekyll Hyde! We appreciate Mama! Mama, Papa, Sister, and meeeee ."
The scene then cuts to a looped, heavily filtered clip of Spongebob pounding on Squidward's face from the episode "Ghost Host" while Caramelldansen played in the background.
- There were also couple of clips from an Ultra Kawaii video featuring a guy being interviewed. Some of his dialogue was edited to make it sound like he was "buffering", if you could call it that [one example I remember is him going: "L-l-l-l-lasers!"]. There was a scene from the video depicting a hamster scientist shooting a laser onto a group of mirrors so that the laser would reflect off of the mirrors. This scene was played forward, then in reverse. There were also clips of a hamster daredevil floating and spinning around [possibly from the original Ultra Kawaii video?] while a couple of filters were placed over the clips. This is interspersed with clips from the guy being interviewed while "buffering".
- The "Jekyll Hyde" segment comes back once more in this scene. I think the "Jekyll Jekyll Hyde, Jekyll Hyde Hyde Jekyll" scene was played on loop here. This is interspersed with clips of a NASCAR racer looking guy driving in his car while gradually looking sleepy and tired before cutting to a pitch black background that contains a shiny, rainbow aura .
I actually remembered this video. I think it was when YouTube Poops were at it's peak, and the Chowder YTPs are really nostalgic. I remembered a similar video called "Ode to Chowder" and one where it's the "Grubble Gum" episode, but it had more of a Katamari theme more than how the episode parodied the games, even down to the theme song of Katamari Damacy. I even remembered they used one of the Japanese theme songs from Shin Chan, albeit high pitched and slightly sped up. The intro is a montage of random clips to the beat of the song, starting with the opening part of the Chowder intro, before showing what I believed to be the channel's name and collage, followed by the cast, consisting of, from the top of my head, Chowder, Mama Luigi, Link, Zelda, and Mario I believe. This is then followed by the aforemention random clips. I remembered a clip of Sonic and Tails eating, some anime girls dancing, and even Mouse from My Friend Rabbit jumping on a puddle.

I think I know the video you are talking about. It sounds like "Chowder Eats a Katamari". The creator reuploaded the video a couple of years ago due to the original apparently having been blocked.
Does anyone remember a seemingly deleted YTP of spongebob. It was the episode inside the krusty krab where they squidward and spongebob tied up mr. krabs when they thought he was a robot? It was a very iconic YTP but I barely remember the details now. It was old
I remember one called lego spongebob meets jaws part 2, the rest of the parts are on youtube and all I can find from part two are some clips and a lq reaction video

I remember watching a Lalaloopsy birthday video from a specific channel about the character Twinkle, and no, it’s not this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oU_Z5X7vtk), as it’s very similar and from a different person. It had the same song (Live While We’re Young by One Direction) playing in the background for the entire video with some pauses whilst the girl (and presumably her mum) are acting in the video. From what I recall, the channel also had other videos such as one fashion show video with a light-up castle and a tour video where she shows her collection (including a Lalaloopsy suitcase).
I remember the end of the video where Twinkle thanks the viewer (possibly) for coming to her party, and at the end of her dialogue bit, she says “music please”. I’ve been wanting to find this video again, but I seem to believe that the original uploader had been either terminated, deactivated or privated all of her videos from her channel.
If someone can find and upload this onto somewhere like the Internet Archive, I’d really appreciate it!
In 2015 I remember watching this video of a song from the anime Love Live called after school navigators with a jumpscare(?) it starts off normally but then there is this random scene from what I think was some kind of horror movie, where there are these two fast food workers and one of them is shoved into this meat grinder thing and blood sprays everywhere, then it cuts back to the song playing normally while there is a montage of random gifs and random anime gifs.I don’t remember the thumbnail or If the OP spoke English tbh. Im more than certain it’s lost because copyright.
