I was playing a flash game on grandma's PC around 2012-2015, I can tell it was either Friv, Kizi or superhry.sk webpage, the first option being the most probable. It was 2D, dull in colour, likely black-and-white or with limited palette. In this game, you had to take care of variously shaped blobby creatures (I recall some of them had alien-like antennas and were for example striped, dotted etc.), grow them up, do tricks and then mate them to create a new generation, which, again, you took care of. It was relaxing, with calming music. Since my English was pretty limited at that time, I assume the game control was simple and on-point cuz I had no problem playing it. I have yet to find the name of this game, but since Flash died, I don't give much hope for the game to play it again.
I remember a game that came in cereal boxes for a limited time, i couldn't play it because it was for a more grown up audience like my sisters, i could see them playing the game it was a management sim where we control a fictional country, in the game you could have trades with different presidents/leaders of other countries i remember that the trading screen was a desert with two open briefcases with a screens on each one, the left one had your character's face on the screen and the other with the character you're trading, you could see how the president/leader of the other country feel about the trading by seeing their expression, my sister once recommend my other sister to give more because the trader was angry at the deal, another thing i saw was that you could send a terrorist (when i was a kid i tough it was a ninja with a bomb) to attack a building the icon for that action was draw like a caricature despite the game having a more realistic style. i will share some little information about me if one wants want to search this game, i'm from Chile and i was born in the year 1998 (so the game must be from early to mild 2000s) i remember that the game came on Kellog boxes.

Flash game, circa 2013-15, all I remember about it is that it was a puzzle game where flasks of chemicals (stereotypical chemistry equipment) had to be merged together in some way (had a weirdly "squishy" aesthetic). I doubt I'll ever find it again just because of how vague my memory of it is. (Granted, I've seen some even vague-r descriptions get found - including my own - so...)
_alexpine_ on discord. 2018 was HOW many years ago?!?! If RPGMakerFan12 is so good, why isn't there an RPGMakerFan13? lostmediawiki.com/User:BrightyLighty

Command & Conquer: Generals?
Nope, it remember that i had a different hud and had a bright art style, another detail i remember is the game over screen it was a politician in a dark room giving a angry stare to the player.
On my old Sony Ericsson phone there was a game, where guy was doing parkour, and if something happens (i don't remember what tbh) you will open the parachute. And there was location with lava. And the text 'Life lost' was always funny for me
Playman Extreme Running?
The boardwalk? Enjoy your time among the commoners, player. You see, I only swim in bottled water.

I've been playing that game all the time, but I don't recall a lava level in it.
As a little kid I played some girly Nintendo DS Ice Skating game while visiting a family friend and all I remember was an anime style and a character (a girl) talking about her mom and it was English Dub too

I had a computer game as a young kid in the early to mid ‘90’s about a female knight. All I really remember of the game was that it ended with her befriend a shy, baby dragon that I really want to say was named Dennis. It wasn’t exactly a game I played a ton, so that’s why my memories are sparse.
When I was over at my godparents house as a kid I played this zombie like survival/shooter game on their PS4, all I can remember is that the game took place in some kind of city and it had this red tint during gameplay.
It also had this 2d map but it was 3d in a way because you could see 3d renders of locations among other things.

Sounds like a GBA game like how some games were sidescrollers with 3D models y'know
Obviously it isn't but that's just what it reminds me of...

When I started fixating on the MySims series of games recently, I remembered this strange DS game related to The Sims. It was in Japanese and it had a anime girl with blue hair and another one with pink hair as the guide in the tutorial. I think they had a little animal aswell but take that with a pinch of salt.
It was related to SimCity and it's spinoffs as the EA logo from The Sims games appeared at the start of the game.
I remember the icon having the blue haired girl's face or something or possibly the blue hair one and pink hair one together.
It might have been a Japanese version of SimCity with small changes as I recall the game had an isometric view of a city or town but that might be false. It was DEFENITELY not a MySims game ofterwise I would've know already. The girls were super-deformed I believe. The game was in 2D graphics. I only played it for like some minutes years ago but I somehow remember the beginning. Don't remember the gameplay much, but the girls in the tutorial had RPG-like dialogue just like in MySims when you talk to people.
The game was probably made around 2005-2009, but I played this like 2013-2016.
We relied on R4 cards therefore why I was able to play a Japanese game (Heck, I was able to play Tomodachi Collection thanks to the R4!) so I am 99% sure the game's ROM was online at some point. I checked both English and Japanese Wikipedia and reach dead ends for both.
Heres an idea of what the game's UI looked like:
