As a kid I remember the "Screwy, Ain't It?" bumper promos CN used to run. It was a 15 second loop of a random cartoon clip with that phrase pasted over it. I distinctly remember one of them involving the Joker riding a trash cube on a conveyor belt, from the episode "The Last Laugh" from Batman the Animated Series. Can't seem to find it anywhere online or in compilations. Here's a wiki page on the bumper series, but it's pretty barebones and incomplete.

I've watched many CN bumpers/ad breaks of the time and all I can say is I've never seen that one. The majority I've seen derive from old H-B shorts and cartoons. A Batman TAS one sounds possible especially given they started doing Screwy, Ain't It IDs around 1998 (when Batman TAS premiered on the channel)

Admittedly it may possibly be a different promo series it was a part of but the fact that it looped for so long is what makes me think it was a Screwy one. There IS a BtAS promo they would use that also used the same Joker footage but that one isn't it. The one I'm thinking of is solely of Joker on the conveyor belt
