Okay, so for anyone not in the know, sksk is this 2000s post hardcore band with like two albums and one EP (the new one doesn't count cause it's ass honestly, plus it's not relevant here...with some exceptions, I'll elaborate later). They were decently well known from 2005-2009 within emo circles and all that junk, and even after the death of Tyson Stevens, the band's history had been nicely preserved. Instrumentals and covers were online and all that.
Skip to the 2020s and everything's gone to shit. The single channel hosting these instrumentals and covers has gone MIA, and the only thing that supposedly had access to them was the official sksk discord server, made in around 2021 or 2022 I believe...yeah, about that, there's no links, and their server had some shady "scary coin" bullshit attached to it anyway.
Basically any tracks that are not directly from After Dark, The city sleeps in flames, the self titled album, or covers for collab albums, are gone. The one exception is the demo for 16 years, with quite an amusing description. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94FHtIInU_4)
These things were not released in a tangible format, they were in the myspace era of the internet, distributed amongst peers via limewire. There is basically no way of finding these on some official disc. I have scavenged around, I haven't found much. I could search on something like emule, but I think the ethics of using a torrent client with more illegal content than actual music, is not worth the risk.
Basically, I need some help here, someone to notice these are gone besides a few redditors. This band means a lot to me, so if anyone can help me get these tracks safely preserved, I'd appreciate it. Many thanks in advance.
