I have asked about this PSA before on Reddit but no one has a clue what I'm talking about. I bringing to believe this was some sort of fever dream or me watching tv while half asleep.
Here's what I remember, somewhere between the years 2007 to 2013 at the latest I remember possibly an ad or skit or something on The N or Teen Nick maybe even MTV or Adult Swim where a teen girl and her mother are trying on hats, the mom picks up a hat and the girl says
"Oh no not that one, it smells like pot"
Then she walks off while the mother looks shocked and it says "talk to your kids about drugs before it's too late"
I've asked my mother, friends, people on the internet, I don't think I've ever asked it here but no one has a clue what the hell I'm talking about, if their is an ad or maybe even a skit you remember that's similar to this please tell me or send it too me.
