Anime Commercials That Aired on Cartoon Network(Early 2000s)

I remember two commercials that I would commonly see on Cartoon Network, both at earliest 2000, neither couldn't be no later than in 2006, that were anime related. I remember this one with Ruroni Kenshin characters talking to each other about what I think were anime DVDs or merch I think. I rarely saw this one but I saw it at least once or twice. Another commercial that I remember seeing a lot more often though was this one for some anime store (I think it might have been local in the state of New York, though could've also been some other state). This commercial wasn't anything that fancy or special, it just went over all the merch and DVD stuff they had, they mentioned they also had manga like One Piece (the only anime/manga of note I specifically remember them mentioning) and the commercial over all I remember had a very 'mom and pops' or 'low budget' feel and atmosphere to it. Beyond that the commercial was pretty much nothing special on its own, but it did show up a ton on Cartoon Network from where I lived back then, and now I kinda miss it. I doubt anyone will find these with how vague I am talking about them.
