Trying to find a lost Disney Toontown Online screensaver.

Recently saw a reupload of a classic Christmas screensaver that was given out for free to all Disney's Toontown Online members back when the game was active:
This was actually a followup to ANOTHER screensaver, one which took place in the first city of the game, Toontown Central, and featured very similar albeit less-festive antics. As a kid, I pretty much absorbed any media this game had to offer, and I remember my dad setting up the screensaver for me and that maddening Toontown Central street OST playing NONSTOP every single day.
The most I can really remember is it following the same beats (Flippy asks what the cogs are up to, the cogs state they have an idea, and we see various cogs being smashed). In fact, I think it was literally the same background without the snow.
I've already tried asking the original uploader and he had no idea another screensaver in this style existed. These are obviously very high-effort files and it simply wouldn't be fair that one of them were lost to time because Disney got greedy with their interactive studios projects. I was wondering if anybody had a lead to an archive of this animation, or if any of you had even heard of these before?
