hello everyone, today I saw on YouTube someone uploaded a vhs opening for a tape of the Canadian children’s puppet show little star back in 2019, this is odd since I didn’t think or even know if that show got any home video releases due to how it wasn’t a very popular show back in the day and on the cover the puppet characters look a little odd and different especially captain pop looking more like a flamingo, the release looks like it’s official as it apparently contains 4 episodes but I’ve looked on Google and can’t seem to find any proof of this. Here’s the opening of the vhs of the show. m.youtube.com/watch?v=XqO5KRCJcNc&pp=ygUfT3BlbmluZyB0byBMaXR0bGUgU3RhciAyMDAwIFZIUw%3D%3D
I have seen Little Star VHS tapes for sale around 20 years ago; I believe they were available in liquidation centers & dollar stores. It wasn't a very popular series hence why there's little information available online. Coming across one these days would be a fluke, though absolutely possible.
He cut his trail of tears across the countryside And where he went, women wept and men died One night he woke from a vision of his own death Saddled his pony and rode her deep into the West

In what area were the tapes sold? My friend lives in Canada and could go to some thrift stores, and maybe more content will be found.
NARRATOR: (Black screen with text; The sound of buzzing bees can be heard) According to all known laws of aviation,
I’ve identified one of the companies listed on the tape as Les Productions La Fête Inc., there’s also a “Select” logo listed on the tape but the video quality isn’t good enough to read the whole text.
Notice how it says “volume one” on the tape, there could very well be more out there.
Even if the person who uploaded the tape was still active, it’s clearly obvious that they’re not capable of ripping anything.

I also saw on the back of the vhs of this show on the vhs opening of it, the episodes that are on this tape consist of The Crazy concert (which is available on YouTube but only in French), Apple Sauce (which is a lost episode), The Missing Rainbow (which is on YouTube ripped from a TVO kids broadcast but is in poor quality) and The Milky Way (another lost episode).

If you can remember what year was it when you saw those tapes?
