Strange Instagram/Tiktok video of woman with muffled speech

Hello! This is something that me and my partner both very clearly remember, but we haven't had any luck finding it. This was actually two videos (both with almost the exact same content) I saw originally on Instagram about a year or two ago, posted under the same account, but they may have originally been TikToks. This is what I remember from it:
The video featured a blonde woman standing in front of a very bright white background. I think she had either short-ish or pulled-back hair and blue eyes. The entire video consisted of her staring directly at the camera with no expression. In both videos, she was talking but her speech was extremely muffled and hard to decipher. One of the videos had captions (I don't know if they were auto-generated or not), and they were basically nonsense. They may have been vaguely about the idea of ascension or human consciousness or something like that. There may have also been a deep sort of ambient noise behind it in the videos but I'm not positive.
I'm pretty sure that the videos were posted under the creator's own account on Instagram. I can't be certain but it seemed to me like the videos weren't meant to be taken all that seriously and were made more as jokes. I think these videos came from a relatively smaller creator, but I remember the videos themselves having a lot of likes and comments and apparently not being super obscure. Another thing I remember, but I'm not sure how true it is, is that the rest of this woman's Instagram account was pretty normal. It was just photos of herself on vacation and things like that.
