I found it in a complulation video called "MEME SONG from EACH COUNTRY on EARTH -100 subs special- by "Funnt." Link: here. I'm talking about the song sample playing in Senegal's part, which is around 37:00. Like rest of the song in the video, it is very brief, around 12 seconds. I think the problem is that it's too short for any music recognizer to make anything out of it. I believe it's a local music style called "Mbalax"?
