Weirdest cartoon you ever watched?

I remember seeing some news network interviewing her and she said she didn't like the modern cartoons her children were watching and she wanted to make a wholesome alternative. The clip used to be up on YouTube but it might have been deleted.

The problem solverz is a fever dream. The character designs look... Odd? And there is just so much going on in the background that makes it hard to follow what the main characters are doing. I got I migraine after watching it 0_o. The main characters are not that great either, The guy with brown hair is super boring, and That aflie character is rage-inducing in a way. Grabbit the rabbit, it's a kids show but not really. Firstly the animation is weird, witch is the least bad about the show. There are also alcoholic beverages and they don't hide the fact that the thing they are drinking is an alcoholic beverage. In one episode Grabbit says something like that he wants to drink wine and he drinks it. There's also an episode where one character wants to eat frogs and Grabbit puts a trick and says that the character is dead and that he needs help from the frogs to bury him. There's also an episode where the calender says it's september 11th (probably an accident since the show was made somewhere from the mid 90s up until late 90s.)
