I found this photo that was taken at Hong Kong Comics Festival in Hong Kong on July 19, 2005. Can someone please tell me the name of the character cosplayed in this photo? I've been looking for the name of this unknown character for years.



I'll be over the moon once I know this character's name because this costume is just gorgeous. Any help would be appreciated!
