Yeah I'm looking for a show where a dude who could stop time in the middle of a episode and talk to the audience. It was a show that I think aired in the 2000-2004 range and probably was a show that didn't last long. It was kinda like saved by the bell but not shot like a sitcom but more like on location but it still was comedy based. Anyone have any ideas.
