I was doing some backups and checking old files I have and found this mp3 file just named "backtoba.mp3" with a short 31 seconds piece of classical guitar music in lower quality. I can't quite remember where I got it from, possibly wavcentral.com in the 2000s sometime. Searching for it only brought up 3 results for backtoba.wav and one with backtoba.mp3 with the file but nothing else. Does anyone know what this piece of music is and or if there is a longer version or is this the full length?

It sounds a little like Bach, not enough of an expert to tell which song.

Now that you mention it, it could be. It might not but could be a classical piece of music of some sort. I was getting nowhere searching for "back to back" classical guitar only compilations of music. It does sound a bit Bach like although I don't know Bach's compositions that well except a few of the Brandenburg Concertos and if I remember them off the top of my head, I don't think it is the first 6 although it is in a similar style to some of them.
