I possibly found Taiwan 2001 on the internet

The link is from March and was posted by user named "Vovanglew-45" on gamejolt (https://gamejolt.com/games/kusogovnokuso/785536). Is this game real? I don't know, I downloaded it and it seemed to work, although I never played the original, but somehow the game seems to be in Russian. But well, if this is the original game (albeit modified in language), it's already a good step forward that it hasn't been completely lost.
