Growing up in late 90s/early 2000s Canada we had what was called "TMN" The Movie Network, as part of premium cable. It would broadcast movies over multiple channels, commercial - free. In between feature films, they would show shorts to fill time.
All I can remember from this short is a woman yelling at a kid, "What the fuck do you expect to do now?" Then he/she walks into a classroom using a first person POV, and a wolfman-like creature jumps towards him and screams, "Eli!" and chases him.
I know it's a long shot, but I've been searching for this for decades and looked through multiple Canadian short film catalogues to no avail. Any ideas
