Last year, while viewing at one of the VHS tapes in my collection, i suprisingly came across a short segment of a national Canadian TV broadcast (From French language channel TVA) of the 1st parade from the 48th Carnaval de Québec which took place in 2002, searching online i couldn't find any other clips from this broadcast or from the 48th Carnaval de Québec
