I’ve been looking for this song now for at least six months if not a year. I used to listen to it in middle school (2014-2017), the song itself was a couple years old by the time I listened to it (2011-2014). It was on a playlist with a bunch of other music, but unfortunately most of said playlist’s content has been deleted. I was thinking I found the song from this specific person that used to put English subs on vocaloid songs (mostly maretu), but the more I think about it I believe I’m wrong.
I’m now not certain if I read the English translation in the comments section of the video, or if it was in the video itself. But I do vividly remember the plot to the lyrics I did read. It was about a girl who was receiving love letters, that at first she was happy about(?) from a secret admirer, but the secret admirer became like a yandere stalker. I remember the song was from the victom’s perspective (as apposed to any other songs I’ve found.)
I used to call it the reverse yandere song, since it was about the victom instead of about the twisted love of the stalker.
I also remember it had a video that went along with it, I don’t believe it was animated but I do remember there being multiple drawings. The parts I remember most strongly were the girl reading the letters and her face becoming dark
I don’t remember which vocaloid was used (I’d guess Miku just because she is so popular), or who made it.
The song sounded happy in the beginning tho, and sounded like a girly love song (which is why at first I didn’t like it), but I do believe the song began to sound more and more disturbing as it went on (tho that might be me just trying to fill in pieces)
Songs I have already confirmed are not it are as follows: an earnest unrequited love, wanting to make it bear a little happiness, one eyed ripper murder case, Rotten girl, grotesque romance, Your seriously mad I’m not mistaken here, or Scissorloid
