Lost source of mysterious cosplay photo from Cosmode USA

A few years ago, I purchased the book Cosmode USA: The Glamour Issue from eBay, and I still adore that book dearly. I love reading and re-reading that book and admiring the cosplay/otaku imagery.

The book includes a page featuring an interview with cosplay photographer Loy Fruel, as well as a couple of cosplay photos that Loy took. I decided to go find the name of every character cosplayed, and I found the source of every photo on www.i360.com (which helpfully also included the name of each character cosplayed).

Every photo, that is, except for this one:

 

I couldn't find this photo anywhere else on the net, not even on i360.com like the rest of the photos. I also tried asking people on MyAnimeList and the Anime Characters Database's Who Forum who this cosplay character is, but no-one could identify the character.

I was able to visit i360.com a few years ago, but when I tried to open that same website today none of its pages would load properly; instead I would get the error message '404 Not Found', so I had to visit that website using the Wayback Machine.

However, while looking through the archived pages of i360.com I discovered that he had online accounts on multiple websites using the name 'kamuishirou1999'. Furthermore, I found Loy's account on ACParadise.com, which seems to include a list of every convention he's attended. However, there may have been photos on i360.com that include photos taken by Loy at conventions not in that list.

And by some miracle, I've just found Loy's Twitter account, although only approved followers can read his Tweets. Maybe if someone gets to be approved by his Twitter account, they can ask him who this woman is cosplaying.
