What's up? I'm here today to bring attention to a weird Dora parody animation I saw sometime in the late 2000's, maybe early 2010's, which occasion pops up in my mind but my attempts to find it again have been unsuccessful.
The animation, from my recollection, had a very strange gray grungy look. There wasn't much color besides different shades of gray. Most of the scenery was just gray. It's hard to remember exactly. Anyway, there was only one scene I actually truly remember watching, only because of a strange comment a relative made about it later. Dora calls on the Map, who delivers his usual instructional guide of where Dora should head next, but then I vividly remember the Map jumping towards the screen like he does in the show, except he breaks the screen as he makes contact. Then it shows Dora again.
I think I wouldn't remember this at all if it weren't for an friend of mine standing behind me while I was watching it and later telling my other friends that I was watching a parody of Dora where the Map jumps into the screen and breaks the camera.
Any help finding this would be greatly appreciated, even if the exact animation is not found itself.
Dude there was a Cartoon Network show called MAD that aired around this time, and I'm pretty sure it had a Dora parody.
I remember the MAD show, actually. I don't think it's what I'm looking for, unfortunately. I remember the only Dora sketch was one where she fought the Kung Fu Panda or something.
I should mention I watched this on the internet, not on TV.

I guess I could have. I don't really remember watching MAD clips over the internet, I'd always watch the show on Netflix, but I suppose this is a good starting point.
I looked at several MAD clips on YouTube. Doesn't seem like MAD is the source of it. My guess is that it's probably just a flash animation that's buried very deep in YouTube. There may be some digging required.
ik this could be most likely not it but was it perhaps dora no more??? it doesn’t have the grey grungy look or anything else like you said but its the only one older dora parody animations from youtube i thought of when i read this
I actually remember that one! It's definitely not it, sadly, but sure is a classic.
oh well, thats the only dora parody besides the previously mentioned mad parody i know involving dora, hope this gets found as even im now interested of knowing what this animation was

I searched on YouTube for awhile but I couldn't find anything that seemed similar.
i remembered I drew this recreation of what I remembered the video looked like but didn't post it for whatever reason. I don't know if this is helpful, but here it is.
