For some reason a stand up comedy special I remember seeing has been stuck in my head. It was most likely on Comedy Central in the mid to late 2000’s. It’s also very possible it’s a popular comedian as I normally don’t watch much stand up.
Anyways it was a guy talking about how his young son is a big fan of Thomas the Tank Engine and his favorite character was Percy who he calls “Pushy”. One time, he took his son to the store and he left his toy of Percy in the car. To paraphrase the comedian, “my son had his hands down his pants screaming ‘I want Pushy! I want Pushy!’. Yeah, you try explaining that to the clerk.”
EDIT: I think he may have been African American but I’m not positive.
