Presumably, yes, though I frankly would have no idea where to start with that, as I haven't used Tor. My guess would be using Deep Web file-sharing groups.

Stay clear of deep web. You will regret it. Aside from the privacy aspect, you will become part of a crime fairly soon. Some of the patrons of deep web's humor is not conventional, and they like to point you to links that will cause you to surf for questionable things on FBI servers. it also does not have a traditional google, it has got a wiki, but this merely gathers the most illegal things. As for the question of lost media, anything that the breached of hackers had is seen as fair game. But keep in mind, if you're not a hacker, your computer will be destroyed, and that's best case scenario, the worst case scenario, you are sent to jail because of their jokes. I can certainly see there being unsold pilots, workprints, unaired things, WIPs, dailies, anything that's internal but you'll have to know the address beforehand, and remember the FBI monitors the deep web.

There are multiple users on the discord who could provide you with one.
I've never used it personally, but it seems like a good idea for searches. Just be sure to use a virtual machine, preferably with Tails OS, and Tor.

Escape copyright trolls who'll remove things without ever providing a legal option. Unlikely, yes, but not that much of a stretch.
It's honestly not worth the risk to use the deep web to find lost media, because your computer isn't protected by the anti-virus software you use to protect it, not to mention a lot of pornography (both involving adults and children) and people there can easily steal your personal information. Don't use the deep web unless you want to mess up your computer.
Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.
