So today my memory brought me to the weirdest recesses of my mind. I randomly remembered these two shows that were pretty similar. But I only can remember two episodes from each and a bit of the premise. No air dates, actors, or channels.
So the first I'm pretty sure was a normal kid probably middle school age, only weird things tended to happen to him (of course). I remember there was an episode that involved an old bomb detecting dog who could speak to the kid telepathically when the dog was being driven in a car (idk). Anyway the kid discovers that there is a bomb in the dumpster where his dad works and he asks the dog how to disarm it. The dog helps, but he can't tell the kid which wire to cut because (surprise) dogs are color blind.
The other show involved a normal high school kid that had weird things happen to him (why do I attract these shows?) This one had an episode that involved the typical these two must take care of a chicken egg for a class plot. Only the egg got switched with a changeling egg. The other episode I remember involved the guy getting infected by a parasite. It made him popular, but it soon started to die which almost killed him. I want to say there was a higher power behind these weird things, but idk.
