I remember going on CartoonNetwork.com one time and stumbling upon this game that really caught my attention. I don't think it's necessarily "lost", though it is a possibility, since I haven't been able to rediscover it anywhere, I just can't remember what it was called. Basically, it was like a home animation studio where you just draw a bunch of pictures and create the illusion of movement. I'm pretty sure you could also submit your creation so that other users could see it. The most similar comparison I can think of is probably Nick Jr. Free Draw but just a little more complicated. I wanna say it was available between 2007 and 2010. I already enlisted the help of the Wayback Machine and didn't get very far. Now I come here to see if there's anyone who can help me out, or at the very least, anyone else who even knows what I'm talking about.
I initially thought you were thinking of the game that was part of the "Draw-A-Toon" competition that was held in the UK around 2006 or so, but after reading it a bit more, I guess not.
This sounds incredibly familiar to me! Did it have anything to do with the Toon Creator Awards? Or was it part of a possible tie-in with the Drawn to Life games maybe?

Interesting that the link just takes me back to my own thread. But yeah I looked all that stuff up and none of it feels familiar or is related to what I remember playing. I should probably also point out that this Toon Creator Awards thing is from Asia, and I’ve lived in the United States all my life, so that couldn’t really be it anyway.
YES! it's that hand-drawn feel everything has, that's how i know. i cannot thank you enough for this. it's disgusting how little information there is about this nowadays & the fact that there's like nowhere to access it anymore is probably even worse. at least we'll always have the memories. & some sick videos like the one you included in your post. again thank you for your help
