You can't do that on television: You can't do that in comics

I was looking through old 90's nick commercials when I saw an add for comics based"you can't do that in comics" on You Can't Do That On Television Titled, You Can't Do That In Comics. In the commercial, (shown in this video @ 1:22) You could find it in an old magazine called the cable guide starting in 1986, or get the comic by mail order. Looking at the Old official website for YCDTOT, They say that even they don't know where the comics are located or how many where made. Googling both "you can't do that on television comics" and  only leads to a few comic pages.
